We don't sell repairs. We sell documented certainty.
A reference structural repair centre in Al Madinah, returning vehicles to factory geometry on a Celette bench and issuing the measurement report that proves it.
What makes us different
The problem with workshops is not mechanical. The workshop knows everything and the customer knows nothing: what it will cost, when it will be ready, and whether the part was really changed. We solve that with paper: a quote before work starts, a photographic report, a measurement report, and your old parts in your hand.
The founding team previously operated as an approved repairer for a group of major insurance companies, and serviced multinational corporate fleets across the pharmaceutical, food and beverage sectors.
Nine steps, written and binding
Each step is written into our operating procedure, and four of them make the difference: inspection, approval, delivery and recall.
Enquiry
A reply within 5 minutes during working hours, carrying the price if the service is on the published list.
Booking
An appointment set to the hour, with a confirmation message and a reminder the day before.
Intake
Vehicle details logged and the exterior condition photographed at the moment of handover.
Inspection
A digital photographic report using the three-colour system, delivered within 60 minutes.
Approval
An itemised quote and documented electronic approval. No work starts before it.
Execution
At least one update during the job, and immediate notice of any deviation in price or time.
Delivery
The work explained with photographs, old parts handed over, compliant e-invoice issued.
Follow-up
A message 48 hours later to check how the vehicle is performing.
Recall
A reminder for the next service by date or distance.
A job card without a signed approval is an internal violation. No exceptions, not for a customer in a hurry and not for an insurance case.
Who we work for
Insurance companies
Our structural and carbon capability lowers claim cost in exactly the cases where repairable components are currently replaced. The claim file arrives documented: before-and-after measurements, stage photographs, a clear split between what is repairable and what requires replacement, parts cost stated separately from labour, and a written repair duration with an expected delivery date.
Referring workshops
Whatever exceeds your capability structurally or on carbon, send it to us. We repair it and return it at a published trade rate within a committed turnaround. Your customer stays your customer: we do not market to them, do not pitch our services, and do not request their review.
Fleets and corporates
A vehicle off the road is a direct daily loss. We work on a written contract: fixed prices, reserved bay priority on set days, a committed turnaround time, a monthly report on each vehicle's condition and cost, and one consolidated monthly tax invoice instead of dozens of receipts.
Car owners
From a structural accident to scheduled servicing: a written price before work starts, a photographic report, and your old parts returned.
A registered business
A compliant electronic tax invoice on every job, and a complete service history per vehicle.
