Common questions
When is a carbon part repaired and when is it replaced?
After a damage assessment. If the part is repairable, you receive a written quote comparing the repair cost to the price of a new part, and the decision is yours.
Do you start work before I approve?
No. No part is removed before your documented electronic approval of the quote. A job card without a signed approval is treated as an internal violation.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the case, so we do not give a figure before inspection. After inspection, the delivery time is written on the job card and you are notified immediately of any change.
